The best interviews are the best conversations, we’ll get to know you and you get to ask us questions too.

What kind of questions can I ask?

All types of questions are welcome. Come with as many questions as you can. It is very important to know if we’re also a good fit for you.

Do you hold virtual interviews?

Yes, we do. We utilize many tools to make sure we can have interviews when applicants can’t physically make it for the interview session.

Do you give feedback after interviews?

We understand how important feedback is and we make sure we will let you know if we think you’re a great fit for us or not. We give feedback to everyone!

If you blow our socks off, we’ll officially invite you to join our circle.

How long does it take to hear back from you?

It typically takes 60 days to complete the recruitment process. We’ll reach out to you with our decision within 60 days of your application.

Do you support remote work?

We strive to make work as comfortable as possible for staff. We currently run a hybrid system where you come in to office on some days and work from home on other days.

Do you accept contract workers or placements?

Not right now. We are a fast-paced moving organisation and don’t have the time we’d need to make these a worthy experience right now, but we’d love to in the future!

Do you have a graduate trainee scheme?

No we don’t, you can however stop by our openings to see if your array of skillsets and abilities matches the job requirements.

I saw a role recently but can’t find it anymore. Can I still apply?

If a role is not listed on the website, it means we are not accepting applications for the role. However, we are a continuously expansive team and you could stick around for related opportunities in the nearest future.

I am a recruiter, can we work together?

Not right now, we have an internal recruiting team that handles talent acquisition. But we’d let you know if that changes.
