Hi Omodunke, I’m sorry for your loss. Kindly delete your debit card and add it back.
To do this, follow these steps:

– Click on your profile
– Select banks and cards
– Tap on the card to delete and click the + sign to add it back
– Go to your plans page which is the 2nd icon on your  menu bar
– Tap on edit on your plan
– Link your added debit card to your plan
– Save the changes made
