Price-to-earnings ratio (P\/E ratio)&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you divide a stock&#8217;s current share price by its earnings per share (EPS) over the past 12 months, then you get its P\/E ratio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Price-to-book ratio (P\/B ratio)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Price-to-book ratio compares a company\u2019s market capitalization to its book value. It&#8217;s calculated by dividing the company&#8217;s stock price per share by its book value per share (BVPS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Dividend yield<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The dividend yield tells you what percentage of a company\u2019s earnings will be paid out as dividends each year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
