Actually, every Thursday at work feels like that to me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I work remotely on Fridays, just like most of my colleagues, so I enjoy the \u201cSee you next week!\u201d greetings at the end of the day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes, we get \u201ctaken out\u201d by our generous bosses but it doesn\u2019t seem like that\u2019s happening today. ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You see, I didn\u2019t get much done today. I read a couple of entries we got from the Father\u2019s Day campaign<\/a> I posted yesterday and replied to some comments from the previous Ope’s Diary entries<\/a>. Oh, and I sneaked into Oye\u2019s onboarding session with the ambassadors earlier today – luckily I didn\u2019t get caught. ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guess what? The first thing I heard at the meeting was \u201cCan we meet Ope?\u201d My heart leaped o, that\u2019s why I sneaked out as soon as possible. The ambassadors were energetic though, I can\u2019t wait for the great things we\u2019d do together<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving on, I enjoyed lunch with my people, had a few meetings (just 3 actually ?) and mentally called it a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honestly, I used to get bothered on days when I was not as productive as I planned to be, but we already agreed yesterday<\/a> that it\u2019s okay to have an off-day, yeah?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wait, I can’t believe I just said, “I didn’t get much done today” then went ahead to list 4 tasks plus 3 meetings. Lol, maybe I need to cut myself some slack. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oh well, I’m heading home soon. Not looking forward to the Lagos traffic though. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tomorrow is another day to give this productivity thing another try. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
